These terms apply to every purchase made on SK 24 Sanjay (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site to make a purchase.
We sell digital PDF study material for government exam preparation — SSC, Railway, Banking, State PSC, Defence, Teaching, TNPSC/TNEB Field Assistant, and similar exams. Every product is digital only; nothing physical is shipped.
Access is delivered automatically once your payment is verified by Razorpay — typically within seconds. You'll be shown a course-access link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. Treat that link like an email receipt: it's tied to your order and shouldn't be shared.
Because access is granted instantly and the product is digital, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is marked as paid. The only exception is if you paid but never received a working access link due to a verified fault on our end — in that case, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Course material is licensed to you for personal exam-preparation use. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the material (including the access link itself) isn't permitted.
Prices are listed in INR and may change at any time for future purchases — the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
