When you check out, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the items you're purchasing. That's it — we don't ask for accounts, passwords, or anything beyond what's needed to process your order.
To process your payment, confirm your order, deliver your course access link, email you a receipt, and respond if you contact us for support. We don't use it for anything else.
A few trusted service providers handle parts of the order flow on our behalf: Razorpay processes payments, Resend delivers confirmation emails (when configured), and our database is hosted on Supabase. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy practices. We never sell your information to anyone.
We don't use accounts or passwords. Instead, your order page is reachable only via a long, unguessable link — the same trust model as an email receipt. Your course access link is never shown or returned by our systems until your payment is confirmed.
The Site doesn't use marketing cookies or third-party ad trackers. Your basket is kept in your browser locally so it doesn't disappear if you refresh the page.
We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, and legal purposes.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g. for tax records). Reach out via the Contact page.
